ISU operates on rolling admission for international applicants. You should apply six to eight weeks before the deadline to offer you a plethora of time to complete the admission process and obtain your visa. This also helps you to arrive in the US early and settle before learning commences.
For the fall semester, admission starts on July 1 of the previous year. However, for other semesters, admission starts approximately 12 months before the beginning of the semester.
